I don't know what the removal thing is but Hulk already proved that Green Hulk can beat Thor and Red Hulk together.
Nimrod added to the mix is more of a iconic like fight where Hulk could or would amass extra mass to over pressure Nimrod into meltdown.

Of course the sonic beam might not work on the Hulk.
Weapons of infitecimal boundries like diaprmatic powers would fail.
The Hulk could likely roar loud but should stay quite and not power up Nimrods sonic beam.
