Juggernaut vs. Nimrod

Can Juggernuat defeat a criminal like himself?
I like the character that Nimrod turns into to conceal himself. I think it can end up being as big a part of comics as the government action like the C.I.A. or President.
Nimrod could conceivably network like Sentry used to and unite the criminal underworld in it's greatest effort.

does the sun shine bright enough on nimrod's armor for a singularity to form? That sounds like the power vacuum that the NYPD would enjoy. Now I know why Thing lived to be 3000 years old...
