OKT was tossing stars like cars. He'd run through those Probes like they were paper. He was impaled repeatedly, took hits from Gorr who can casually kill a planet, and was still fighting on. well actually a universe, Gorr is a Universe killer. Does that make Knull Multi-Megaversal? lol j/k. Gor isn't a glass canon by any means either. Nothing seems to be able to stop him.

On the other hand, we have WB Hulk who gets his power from the Gammaverse that was measured to be infinite by the Beyonder. We actually got to see how powerful WB Hulk could get as he finally becomes what he'd dreaded in the past during this month's issue of the Immortal Hulk. The One Below All (TOBA) is the last living entity within the known 616 physical universe. Because he appears to have overpowered everything in existence. Lol, but yeah, he's Doomsday level.

OKT and WB Hulk would easily be able to stop Imperiex's campaign. They'd trash Probes like eggs on Mad Night, and laugh at any assault that they could muster. This is a totally different level of power. Being land-locked means jack flipping shit to a guy that can generate planet wide destruction with minimal effort while using a thunder clap,

OKT is the most powerful Sky Father ever, which means massive amounts of magic.

who is the most powerful being Gorr killed? His weapons is the Kryptonite of marvel gods. TOBA isn't WBH he pissed the hulk. All that hulk did with him being possessed counts for TOBA. LOL
