Cassandra Caine is a bullet timer and Shiva owned her and the entire bat family. Elektra will more than likely get her ear drums shattered, cause black canary is the most powerful on either team.
Black Canary can take the entire lot on both sides with her cry.

Elektra's used them as many times as you can count on one hand with half the fingers.
Frankly, it just doesn't compare to the Canary Cry. It's time tested, she can use it near instantly and as often as she wants, and can use it on a large area.
Put Cyclops in place of Dinah, and we're talking the exact same scenario. No one would argue he doesn't alpha strike the entire room.
Same thing with the Canary Cry.
