But really she is as viable as Sage in her own right in regards to command of facilities in her ability.

Can she literally kill anyone?
Remember the days when the story was an assassin in heaven to kill God.
If Electra can kill the Vision she might be capable of transitional assassination or contact death. So if contact death spreads like a virus she could wipe out anyone she sets to kill. Even TOAA would die.
