Yes I have, don't tell me what I haven't seen and you have the wrong person when you say that I "constantly get surprise by our scans" I recall no such incident, Thor nearly got killed once by Durok the Demolisher who directed lightening at him and it took the Surfer to revive him with his power cosmic.
