Faster in terms of raw speed? Absolutely. But it's possible that Vader's precog might be sufficient to counter it in a combat scenario.
Stronger in terms of brute strength? Definitely. If this comes down to fisticuffs, Vader is f*cked.
Better personal tech? Again, yeah, hard to argue against Tony.
My biggest question is how Tony and his armor would do against Force-related attacks..? I'm trying to remember a powerful telekinetic Extremis faced, but I'm drawing a blank(been a LONG time since I read the older IM stuff.)
I'd agree, though we had a lenghty discussion on KMC on how Extremis' main trait - its reflexive speed - was largely ignored by other writers than Ellis.
As for Vader's precog, Tony does have his own SS.
And yeah, it's Sinister vs. Stark thread all over again. We can't really predict how he would react to pure TK attacks.
Vader's precog allowed him to successfully pilot a Star Destroyer through the chaos of the Unknown Regions while moving through hyperspace at FTL speeds.
So I don't think a blitz from Tony necessarily equates to an auto-win. /shrug
