One a former Goon who becomes the boss of bosses. The other, a boss of bosses, who pretends to be a humble Goon.

Think Hellboy, if he was a mob boss instead of a devil. Fights zombies, mad scientists robot army, and street peddlers who operate on his turf without his permission.
Usually by beating them up with his bare fists, or taking an axe to them.
