Never let anyone else define you. Don't be a jerk just to be a jerk, but if you are expressing your true inner feelings and beliefs, or at least trying to express that inner child, and everyone gets pissed off about it, never NEVER apologize for it. Psylocke would survive it if so, or at least she would have. It seems Marvel is ignoring that attribute now. She was immune to telepathy too, but Rachel blew her out the water recently, along with Storm and Magik.
I do miss that version of Psylocke, assuming it doesn't come back like her powers sometimes do. Immune to TP, reality warping, magic resistant, etc. She was an anti-hax character with a weapon no one could resist.

It seems like the Omega Effect pendant of the DB Universe. Beerus is a legit low Skyfather imo, so it would be hard to counter it. Thanos would survive it and beat Beerus for example. Superboy Prime too. Even though they are rated as Trans. So, I would say a Herald should be able to tank it. Mr. Immortal too. A Green Lantern like Hal or Kyle could, their weapons can be above Trans levels if the users will is strong enough. Maybe Scarlet Witch or Silver Surfer.

Reality warp attack but even that is strecthing it because like someone said everyone knew he existed afterwards. So maybe molecular manipulation attack? Probably someone immune or highly resistant to such attacks like Thanos or Psylocke
IMO, he's a good candidate, and gets my vote for now. It's been stated that he cannot be permanently killed until the end of the universe. Even TOBA was unable to override that.
Then that's a pretty hefty amp indeed. Magik/Storm/Psylocke have been able to resist the likes of Prof. X, Shadow King, and Cassandra Nova so this amp makes Rachel pretty much the most powerful telepath there is.
