Basically a better picture for me is Batman in Ultron's armor and in an adamantium batmobile vs Wolverine with adamantium skeleton and claws.
Logan gets steamrolled.

I don’t see how the skeleton makes a difference. While DU is not unbreakable like Adamantium, it is still super-dense enough to avoid most damage. I don’t think it makes a difference either way, and to be honest with you I think even bone-claw (normal skeleton) Logan would present the same threat (if not MORE considering his increased speed and healing factor) than the Adamantium version.
Unless Bruce locks himself behind a door like he locked Alfred during the Court of Owls break in of his house.
I doubt the skeleton makes a difference.
Winner:
- If Bruce has his gadgets, he should win whether or not Logan has a DU, bone or Adamantium skeleton.
- If it is a surprise, no gadgets, pure H2H fight, then Logan should win. I respect Bruce as a very-top-tier H2H fighter ...among the very best and would make any top-ten list in DC. However, while many writers forget this, Logan is also a very-top-tier H2H fighter. He’s not just a slash and hack character, but a top level martial artist that would make any top-ten list in Marvel. Logan is bloody good.
Add in his mutant strength, speed, claws (especially the bone claw version) and he would make pure H2H Bruce work for it. And Bruce only needs to make one mistake.
Not only would I put Logan (with a good writer who remembers what the character can do) against Batman, I’d also put him against pure H2H Steve, Danny and Shang.
Not that he’d necessary beat them, but just that he’s quite good.
