Who would lose the most Props in another Universe Batman or Spiderman
Spiderman gets most of his formability from his Spider speed. In the MU it's a big deal and most heroes and villains don't have Super-speed or Invulnerability. In the DCU SS comes almost with a set of tires as for his Strength unless you're at least Cl 40 in the DCU no one is going to be impressed with CL 10-15.
Batman gets most of his formability from his gadgets, skills and prep. So while no one can equal his wide set of skills both Cap and BP are master of Prep and his gadgets are no big deal in the MU. There's no doubt he would be more effective than MK or Nighthawk, lets say he operated in MU NJ I don't see him operating in NYC. Nevertheless his HTH skill while equal to those of Cap isn't put anyone in awe of him like he gets in the DCU.
So who do you think would lose more from switching Universes.

There's a lot wrong in the op.
As for the question neither would really fall down they would find their place in fit in quite well, because that's what they do.

Spider-Man would get more props in DC than Bats would in Marvel, just because Marvel’s street scene is already so overpopulated. Even if Bats were at the pinnacle of that scene, he and his family wouldn’t occupy half of it the way they do in DC.
Spider-Man would look relatively less powerful in DC, because more of their popular characters are heralds, but he would have more space to carve out his niche.
