When you say "one shot" you probably have damage in mind Thor wouldn't be able to handle and absorb a single out of 10 times, right? We're not talking about a mere KO here, where Superman punches Thor in the head and knocks him out, right? Because that can be performed by base Superman and even characters weaker than Superman. KOs just work that way that the perfect shot to the head sends your head flying in the opposite direction of the brain, which collides with the skull and causes trauma.
Superman amped on multiple suns punching Thor (instead of the World Forger) and Thor would drop unconscious 10 out of 10 times. It's just too much concentrated power at one point for Thor to handle.
Other than that... which Superman can one shot Thor 10 out of 10 times? My first idea was Kal Kent engulfing Thor with his Heat Force Vision, which affected galaxies... But Hyperion survived the destruction of two universes (unsure if he was KOed). And I don't think that Thor is below Hyperion by a huge margin. So he should be able to remain standing at least one out of 10 times against even someone like Kal Kent.
