Kid Miracleman replaces Thanos at the beginning of Infinity War
At the beginning of Infinity War right after Loki dies Thanos and his Black Order vanish and Kid Miracleman appears in MCU Times Square.
He’s armed with the Power, Reality and Space Stones placed in the Infinity Gauntlet and knows what they’re capable of. He also knows where the other Stones are.
What happens next and how do the heroes respond?
How long until Kid Miracleman is defeated and how much damage does he do in the process?

Kid Miracleman brings a level of ruthlessness and viciousness that the MCU's superpowered villains frankly have never showcased. In a few seconds' time his fight with the protagonist's seemingly destroyed London:
