I have seen some questionable showings from Sabra, and her lack of appearances make those showings more impactful. I'm not sure there is a totally unified vision of what her power level should be tbh. She only shows up for the occasional event once a decade, so no writer has really fleshed her out much.
Gambit could definitely KO the Sabra that Crossbones knocked out with a sniper rifle shot. Others would be much more difficult. Not really sure how to go about looking at it.
