this is tough because i'm not sure either of them have really beaten anyone of note in a sword fight, have they? obviously both are very skilled, but not sure how to differentiate between them. i guess given his odd history, kang would be my choice. his time shenanigans likely gave him a lot more training time than zemo. /shrug

Don't think they have.
"Very skilled"... in real life, they would be.
In comics, they are moderately skilled, with very few showings worthy of our attention.
I thought this would rather simple, leo - all we really need to do is compare their performances against Cap, right?
