Since the Invincible Universe doesn't lend itself to 'feat-for-feat' comparison, just based on eyeballing:
Current Zod [i.e. post-Superman Reborn] wins hard, imo. He's at a ridiculously high level.
Post-Crisis Zod - Hm. I assume the Geoff Johns/Robinson version. Kryptonians were ridiculously OP initially, conquering the Earth with only two dozen members. Then James Robinson came... but still. He was very skilled in h2h. And he also has other abilities. Undecided.
New 52 Zod hasn't done a lot -- beaten the utter shit out of J'onn, did well against [inexperienced] new 52 Superman. But New 52 Superman was very powerful. I guess based on relative feats he'd win, it'd be pretty brutal.

Yes, current Zod, among others. He has like a dozen or so appearances and has beaten Cyborg Superman, Eradicator, Supergirl, Kyle Rayner and Hal Jordan. One punched Mongul into space. That's 3 high-heralds and 3 mid, most of them one-shotted or fodderized. Lost to Hal changing his strategy and Rogol Zaar, while shaking the phantom zone in an extended fight. To top it all of, he has high-end superspeed and isn't shy about using it.
He's what other villains dream to be when they grow up.
