Black Canary and Deathstroke. They will win if they keep a good distance because they're good range attackers. Moreover, BC's scream is super effective against DD because of his hypersense, and DS can just shoot whoever's left. BC's scream might even be enough for the win, knowing that the scream fell Giganta.
If DD and Elektra can close in on them unscathed, then they would more likely have a chance because they're better in h2h but not by much. BC and DS are no joke. They're expert martial artists too and they will have a good decent fight. Although more likely scenario BC would scream at the start of battle, impairing DD and Elektra. And you know what happens after that or BC and DS can finish them off up close when they're still dazed. Only winnable chance DD and Elektra have is that they'll have to precisely throw their weapons, billy club and sai at BC or DS to take either one or both of them out of the picture immediately.
