Namor has always given Hulk a tough fight, even beaten him a few times, but how would he fare against a much more powerful Hulk in the same scenario's?
In the same run he was shown superior to her in the earlier issues of the run she’s either amped which would make sense given the experiment she went through, changing of her skin and the fact she’s called World War She Hulk or it’s an inconsistency
Pretty sure that she was amped there Carver. She didn't do anywhere near as well against him when she was green. Not talking about when she was skinny, but when she had the bulk of her cousin Hulk. Not saying that Namor would win here, because he wouldn't, just saying that Winter Jen may have been her strongest or 2nd strongest form ever. Jupiter Jen was likely her strongest form. Well maybe.
A change of cloths doesn't mean someone is amped. All they did was mind control her. Lay eggs in her brain to overcome her defenses. Even after all of that, she fooled them and was still in control. Nothing on panel states she was amped. She was just controlled....
Because it was simple mind control unless something else was stated on panel?
@Stoic... Jupiter suit Jen isn't the strongest She Hulk. As shown on panel, Bulky Jen is the strongest recorded version of She Hulk and yes, Jupiter Suit strength was measured...
Carver is right, she wasn't amped - 68 megatons was enough to be killing her:

An important enough plot point that they said it no less than twice in 2 issues: (please log in to view the image)
Which sounds impressive, but back in the 60s the Russians had a bomb that could do 100 megatons. Plus, she's a Hulk - gamma should be nothing to her. It's like detonating a sun at Superman.
Namor just wasn't that impressive in these issues. Didn't know he was amped, though.
