United States (DC) vs. United States (Marvel)
Here's the situation: TOAA and the Presence have created a neutral planet outside of the Marvel and DC omniverses.
On this planet, they have created two continents, one of which is a replica of North America from DC, and the other a replica of North America from Marvel. These continents are placed on opposite ends of the planet, but both have the same climate as the original versions of North America.
On one of the continents, (almost) all of the people, resources, technology, and infrastructure that are part of DC Prime Earth's United States of America are transported there.
On the other, the same is done, except for Marvel 616 Earth's USA.
All beings with superhuman powers are left behind. Only base humans are involved.
Both nations are told that they must engage in total war and wipe out the other. If they win, all of the damage and casualties they suffer will be undone and they will be returned to their native universe. If they lose, or fail to go to war, then they will be permanently destroyed. Also, if they both end up destroying each other with no winner, they will stay destroyed.
Which USA wins?
