They've got some. Khunds, Rannians, Thanagarians, Dominators, etc

But I think Oa and the GL Corps would be considered the strongest faction in the normal universe, most of the time.

consider there are other 6 lanterns group that are on similar level

I think dc should be fine

Exactly. You can’t compare them to a planet filled with what they’d think was a bunch of green Quasar types that en masse would stop them dead. The other races in the DC universe would find themselves in a tough fight. As long as we aren’t talking about New Gods, Kryptonians, Daxamites, and others of that level while operating under peak conditions.
