^ They're both plot devices. And I think it's implied that Doctor Multiverse's plot device nature is more multiversally relevant. But for the very reason Doctor Multiverse is more of a plot device, she doesn't really stand apart from the plot. Meaning, she isn't really a character that can stand on her own with her own individual feats.
I think Miss America would fall before Doctor Multiverse in this Dark Crisis storyline. I don't think Doctor Multiverse would do sh1t in a Young Avengers storyline or neutral storyline. I mean... it was implied that Thomas Wayne would have murdered Doctor Multiverse with a syringe of poison, ffs.
