I saw no mention of PC Validus. The current one isn�t defeating the current Hulk, and he certainly wouldn�t beat the Green Scar. They literally said that he had no limit. If they trough Jupiter at him he was written to be able to destroy it. They literally said power at will and wrote a few story arcs to support it. They then devised a way of reducing his strength level which was far away from the high herald level that people ignorant to what was written attempted to place him at. Validus has a clear limit. Inertron, and inertron can be broken.
