From memory:

Jenny owned a member of a Kollective (One Kollective was able to destroy a timeline with ease)

Hector Godbrain Hammond owned (With TP) several Guardian level beings at once with ease

Ultra was able to mind screw beings in other dimensions, typically a team, JSA buster.

Manchester mind screwed Superman, along with GL, two beings with some of the best will power on DC earth

Just Jean by herself, the way she's written as a sheer Mary Sue these days when it comes to telepathy, would be a total nightmare for the DC team to take on.

You basically described Jenny. She was also a Mary Sue. I doubt she owned someone on the level of a Kollective being.
