Who's the weakest person in Marvel or DC that can repeat every ft that happened on this showing. Yes, whomever you chose get a gun that can shoot a bullet that far...
Explain what you think is happening, first. We've had like pages and pages of debate only to find out we see things differently.
I, for example, see Vash (yes, I know anime) dodging several shots at pretty much point blank range, carving a piece of rock out of the ground and then throwing it pretty high up in the sky.

1. Dodging the gunshots
2. Throwing that rock really high
3. Shooting accurately enough to blow a lot of missiles out of the sky - now, not every missile was taken out by the debris - Vash set a chain reaction off (you can tell by the fact that not all the missiles exploded at the same time).
1. Dodging (please log in to view the image)
A LOT more bullets were dodged - Vash only dodged four shots, here Cho dodges eight, but more impressively, uses those bullets to open up lava fissures and attacks.

Here, he dodges a laser blast (so faster than a bullet) from an enraged Athena, and more impressively uses that same blast to attack the Celestial.
2. Throwing the rock into the air
Eh, this I am iffy on. As a kid, he probably can't throw that high - I don't know what that rock is made of. So he probably can't throw that high. Maybe as Brawn or as Chulk he can easily do so, though.
3. Calculating the precise shot to set off the explosions. (please log in to view the image)
Taking three robots out with a single penny.

Disassembling an entire robot (much larger than the missiles (with a pebble)

That's Bruce Banner talking there.
So yeah. 'All' Vash does there is shoot the rock so that it explodes into fragments. Which any skilled marksman can do. It sets off a chain reaction - Vash isn't sitting there plotting the exact flight trajectory to set EVERY missile off with a piece of debris.
