He's also got Shaw batteries (so built a spaceship made of Sebastian Shaw's muscle tissue so it absorbs energy attacks) etc.

Problem is, I just can't see a counter to Flash with someone like Cain. Even if the others teched him up, it's....Cain.

He's always been that good, right? Or is this another Hickman thing?

The access he now has (had) to Krakoa's gene pool takes it up a notch, though. I guess with Flash he could use Tempus/Tempo's power, or D-cel (that girl who was hanging around Jiggy) to slow him down a la the Turtle....

He's always had the potential, he just needed the tools/resources. At least imo.
