There's scant few things in existence that Fury fears.

Waller would not be one of them. He guns her down pretty easily with prep time, and there's not much she could do stop him.

I think she has access to better resources. She's about to steal all of the meta humans on earth, with her army of Amazos, failsafe, on top of having the best geniuses like Brainiac and TO Morrow.

She also had the strongest telepaths, too. Hector, Psycho Pirate, Doctor Destiny, etc...

Im sure fury has excellent resources but has he done anything close to what Amanda has done in the last few years? One thing to have resources, another to have a strategic mind and follow through.
