she may be able to disorient him via a tornado or something, then i'd love to see what would happen if she tried 'speeding him up'. it would entirely depend on how effective those types of attacks could be. i don't see her ko'ing him with a blitz--not before he can attack. lightning/light blasts could hurt him but i don't think they would be enough to win it either. maybe a full combo of her attacks could take him out.
his best bet would be to simply drop the temp to near absolute freezing. she's f'd if he gets the chance. if we're using uber bobby she has no real chance i don't think. but i think she might win it if it's just the standard version. interesting match up.
