This is a quick-draw scenario. I'd give it to Electro, since electric bolts travel faster than bullets and Psylocke doesn't have solid defenses against them. However, if she fast enough to use TK before he can send a bolt then she might stand a chance.
If she’s operating at high levels he wouldn’t even see her coming until it was too late. She’d stab hin to dome with her psychic knives and call it a day. No contest imo.

That’s pretty cool, but Betsy or Kwanon if not under script has the ability to telepathically mask themselves. Psy even got the advantage on Wolverine which resulted in him being stabbed in his head by her psychic knives or sword. Not sure if this is really a thing the he can resist? I still see it as her fight to lose because in this case she isn’t exactly battling a brain surgeon like Batman. However I can absolutely see where you’re coming from and instead of me giving it to her as a sweep I’ll reduce it to a 6-7/10 win for her.
Unlike Quicksilver she wouldn’t deny that there was a disturbance, she convince him that it was a mouse or something other than her by altering his perceptions.
Betsy doesn’t fight like Nate though. She’s an assassin. However you’ve made it clear that he can definitely win and could be very dangerous, it’s still her fight to lose. She’s an X-Men, how many times has she danger roomed the Sinister Six? Just saying that this may not be as random a match as it might at first seem. He may have been one of her term papers for all we know.
