depends entirely on whether you feel rich's psychic shields would hold against cosmo. his tk is uber too but i think rich could handle that. i don't think cosmo's durability to very good so rich could take him imo IF his shields can hold. don't really know the upper limit of his shields OR the upper limit of cosmo's tp. i know he once got into quasar's mind (but it was the girl, not wendell) though i'm also unsure what type of shields SHE has lol wendell had some very solid psi shields.
so. i dunno. i'd tend to side with nova though. a bit more proven. /shrug
