When i watched this episode, i did not quite get the last scene. What does the place lana is sitting in symbolize and what is it? thanks big grin

lana is lost to clark ,alive but not in her mind which braniac occupies ,... basically she a kind of vegetable but still controll by braniac , shes in like a ward , and personally i think when she comes out she will be afraid to continue her relationship with clark ... thus ending his lana 7 season phase and bringing forth lois
