 Windows Movie Maker Off My Computer

I've been having a lot of problems with WMM and now I can't open it up without getting an error and it shutting down. I can't find WMM on my computer unless I right click a movie or picture file or something and click on pen with WMM. If I try to search for it on my computer, the search thing completely shuts down. So I can't figure out how to remove it from my computer and try to reinstall it. Any help?

The usual location I find it installed under is "C:\Program Files\Movie Maker\moviemk.exe"

Thanks, but It still won't open but for e few seconds and then shut down.
