quicktime movie poster frame and start frame

 quicktime movie poster frame and start frame

I want to create a preview for Quicktime movies so that when I click on them in the Finder (Mac OS X) a preview shows of that particular frame. No problem (accomplished by creating a POSTER frame -- View menu -> Create Poster Frame), but when I launch the file, the movie BEGINS PLAYING at that frame. I want the movie to begin playing from the start.

Any suggestions?
