This is a pop up which says it is installed on my computer and not something web based.
I have tried to delete it in Add/Remove programs but its not there.
Any idea how to get rid of it?

Adware/Spyware Removal programs. There are enough free ones on the net that should get the job done.
Follow it up with Registery Mechanic to get rid of every trace.

would you happen to have bearshare because adware usually comes with bearshare when i download it every once a while. Its the only 2 things my antivirus finds so i choose to just ignore it. In the past when i did delete it bearshare would self destruct on me deleting everysong i dled with it lol...
