 MAC voice chat

I was wandering if anyone could help me here. I'm trying to find a program that will allow me to voice chat with people on my mac. The versions that yahoo and msn messenger offer dont seem to offer voice chat capabilities. I can use a web cam for conferencing, but not voice. Any help would be appreciated, thanks
