Windows Explorer...I guess.
My computer is retarded and I'm sure of it. I have googled this problem but have received no help yet. For example, I am looking through my music and I will just be scrolling down, it will refresh itself all the way back up to the top and keeps doing it. The same exact thing happens with other Windows Explorer folders. If I leave my music open in windows explorer and I go to look at another task, say this browser or something, my taskbar will lock up every few minutes because windows explorer will refresh itself. It's getting unbearable lately...anything I can do?
