Views on "Apostle" Paul of Christianity?
Christians follow a man named Paul, who they view as an Apostle of Jesus Christ the Son of Mary. They call him Apostle Paul or Saint Paul. As Muslims, we do not believe that "Saint" Paul was a true Apostle of hazrat Jesus the Son of Mary. We believe that Jesus was the Messiah, a prophet and messenger of God almight, our creator and sustainer, miraculously born of a virgin and performed miracles by the power of God almighty. We don't believe that Jesus was a divine man who is part of a Trinity, and even Paul himself, who don't accept as a true Apostle, didn't seem to believe that Jesus is God in the flesh. That being said, I and many of my Muslim brothers and sisters view Paul as a false apostle, an agent of Satan who corrupted and distorted the message of prophet Jesus. He invented the concepts of Jesus being the begotten Son of God that died on the cross for sins of mankind, was buried, and rose bodily from the dead on the third day. Those are Paul's inventions and we dislike such false teachings. Everyone knows that Paul was a liar and murderer, he even confesses it himself.
