Okay. This is where I'm going to put my poetry. I'd prefer it if no-one else posted their poetry in here, unless it's just a one-off.
Right - well, t'would probably be better if I explained a little about myself so you can see where my point of view is coming from. Unfortunately, I have neither the patience nor the mindset to say anything but my age - 15 - so you'll have to make do with that!
I enjoy reading other people's poetry, especially on relevant topics, or poems that put a different slant on things. Strangely, I don't like reading non-rhyming poems, but some of my poems do not rhyme. Ah well... That's my introduction - now on with the poems!
Some of you will recognise these poems from the Poetical Justice thread, but a few are new ones that I'm typing up as I go.

It’s mine. My personal anger.
Directed at anything. Terrorism,
Catholicism, Racists,
George W. Bush. ****ing wanker.
Pisses me off. Criticism,
Religion. I could make lists.
Right now, in this car,
What pisses me off most I me,
A shit poem, I could say anything,
I’m too selfish to take it far,
Maybe my conscience has a key,
Or maybe the mind is king,
As I think I realise,
Another thing I hate,
Something that makes me angry,
Governmental lies,
American policies, a UN wait,
I hope it’s not just me.
But anyway, that’s it,
A few things. The pope, me,
Racism, that American wanker.
The things that make me feel shit,
Pity it’s not a perfect world, but see,
It’s mine. My personal anger.

Have you ever watched a candle flicker?
Its flame dancing in the night.
Standing on the border between darkness
One sole beacon of light.
Do you think it would be good to be that candle?
The simplicity of existance it would bring,
No ears to hear, no eyes to see,
No hands to touch, no mouth to sing.
But those are not bad things, are they?
A candle has but one purpose, one aim.
The mind would be free, to love and think,
While dancing in that flame.

Dream girl hanging from her rope
Ended it - she couldn't cope
Anxious eyes have no more sight
The last sleep of an eternal night
Hung, to ever leave the light.
Dark alleyway hiding a bloody knife
Ever repeated - life after life
Able hands take no more money
The black night of a day that was sunny
Humanity, revealed as funny.
Drifting away is so much more pleasant
Earthbound - soul heavenwards sent
Aging mind will think no more
Thoughts of peace, not anger, not war
Happiness shown at last to be pure.

Death only gives another set of choices.
He who dies with the most toys. Still dies.

This empty place in the
corner of my mind is
where I go when I am
alone. It is here that
my life plans unfold,
here that the most
base form of me resides
and here that I speak
with my soul.
Yet why am I here now?
I don't know. Maybe it
is all a lie but I cannot
tell this. I must be
careful that I do not stay
here for too long, for
if I should then my
mind would retreat from
what I most hold dear.
Such is the cost of my humanity.

If I had but one power,
I’d wish for my life in thine,
Living on one muses’ line.
Thy beauty is to me a flower,
Beneath which all others must cower.
Thy face is a star that shines,
A portrait with detail so fine,
I beg for but one favor.
And should thee consent it to me,
For thee I’d lose my life.
For thee, I’d do anything,
Mayhap your heart has a lovers key?
My love for thee is rife,
And to that I would sing.
