Questions
As I stand in the street
I think to my self in fear
If I died right now
Would anyone shed a tear?
As I walk on down the street
I say to myself silently,
“I don’t think anyone would”
And clench my hands tightly.
As I look up at the sky
I ask to anyone and to all
“Does anyone care?”
And to the ground I fall
As I lay there in the street
I listen for an answer
All I hear is screeching tires
And there I died, never getting an answer.

The day of reckoning is here,
I walk down the hall,

Blood drips from my arms,
The knife still clenched,
