A little love poem (not mine though)

The Windowsill

Just there, upon the windowsill
Sits a little dove.
She comes to me now and again
Cooing songs of love.

So quietly does she walk the
Ledge and peer into my soul,
Whispering peaceful melodies;
Notes of wisdom that she knows.

Such elegance within her flight
As she leaves and comes again.
Taking my mind to dreams
Of youth and freedom�s fleeting whims.

I yearn to tell her how I feel,
All that she means to me;
That in her eyes I see
The truths of Nature�s stunning beauty.

The windowsill is where I rest
My weary loneliness;
To share my thoughts with this small dove
In whose presence I am blessed.

A little piece of poetry given to me by my g/f. What do you think?

I'm not trying to go off-topic here. It's just that Coldplay's music is both rhythmicly and versicly increadible and I wanted to express the poetic side of this great band.

Her beauty flows from
The inside outwards
Reflected in her
Words of wisdom
Complex deep aloof
Yet mysterious

Compassionate
Sensitive and shy
Talking freely with others
Touching their lives
Knowingly and unknowingly

Tough troubled
Helps others in need
Unconditionally
Without judgement

Trustworhty and honest
Genuinely shows she cares
Through words of sincerity

Angered at times
Always completely forgiving
Her wit is sharp
humor quick

Her spirituality
Shining like a beacon
Accepted for herself
Will come into your life
