Well I think most people agreed that Master Chief had the upper hand and would most probally win.

MC is greater in just about all areas over the arbitor.
It might of been closer if the arbitor had his original armor.... comander elites are harder then the arbitor....
Though most people asume the arbitor is better as hes is the arbitor....
