Resident Evil Bosses
Mr.X and Nemesis vs. Tyrant and William Birkin
Mr.X:
Pretty much the exact same abilities as...say....imagine the incredible hulk injected with the T-virus. That's Mr.X for ya. Except looks're different, but he can walk casually at a metal railing and snap it easily. He's probably the creepiest looking IMO, since he resembles a human but is far from one.

Arnament: Wrecking-ball-hard fists
Nemesis:
The crazy penjedo stalked you throughout Resident Evil 3, sometimes armed with a rocket launcher. You'll remember him well; he changed forms sometimes.

Versus....
Tyrant:
Tyrant made his appearance in RE: GCN, and was the final boss.

Arnament: Incredibly tough and sharp claws
William Birkin:
Birkin's the ugliest of all the bosses. He, like Nemesis, changed forms too, albeit far more rapidly.

Arena: Let's just throw 'em in a Roman-style coliseum and see how they do.

Birkin and the original Tyrant, obviously. Birkin is nigh-impossible to kill, as when he takes massive damage he just mutates. Nemesis is similar, but not as good as the G-Type, since his virus is a variant of the T-virus and something vaguely refered to as the NE-T, some sort of parasite.
Mister X only mutates under certain conditions, and is knocked out rather easily. Nemesis is also pretty easily pwned. And keep in mind that the Tyrants showed more physical power than the Nemesis did. Mister X alone would break walls of the precinct like it was his job. Nemesis couldn't force the front doors of the precint.
So it goes like this: Tyrant sinks his claws into Mister X, who starts punching him in the face. Nemesis, who can't figure out which one is STARS, blows them both up with a rocket launcher. Billy B. proceeds to mutate and kick everyone's asses.

Gah, I need to look closer next time. No rocket launcher (Nemmy uses a Stinger, btw) and I thought you meant the original T-002, but that pic is of Mister X mutated.

I think saying that any G-Type has a weak spot is a bit presumptuous. The things have to be destroyed entirely, and by fire/explosion.
