No, one overpowerd monster of a character and one pain in the ass..

I'm going to go with Impossible Man. In Whatif? Impossible man got ahold of the infinity gaunlet and put him and Silver Surfer in "nothing". He could do the same to Buu.

Sense Buu would be in "nothing", he could scream his way into breaking a hole in the space-time countiem. As there is no space-time. It wouldn't be an actual victory, but Buu would be out of the picture and Impossible Man would win by default..
