The big cheese as in the final, and apparently toughest boss, or the big cheese as in a giant cheese (like the Staypuff man only made of cheese)?

If it's the former I guess your talking about Osmund Saddler (hope I'm in the right one here), or maybe Krauser? In the end I don't think either would last against Nemesis, even in their final forms (if I remember rightly, didn't a rocket luancher have something to do with Saddlers eventual defeat? Something Nemesis has access to?) Unless of course Saddler maneged to gain so degree of control over Nemesis...

If he's talking Saddler, then I am still backing Nemesis, but not for the same reason, The Rocket launcher your reffering to is a special one time use tiem that was equipped with a specialised HEAT Warhead.

the big cheese is the village guy not saddler

but since i forgot nemesis has a rocket launcher nemesis will win the battle

to make it fair no rocket launcher all out melee attacks

I stand by my earlier statement, Nemesis has far too much durability, plus an insta kill attack in belee combat (While wearing his coat)

Tentacle version sees him have a fast array of powerful long range attacks added to that arsenal.

Then you have the giant mutated Nemeis that took a rail cannon slug to kill, Village cheif has no way to match that kind of power... or durability
