he's not slow. in the game super street fighter 2, he is very fast. if he keeps attacking, you must block and can't do anything back.

if we go by the games.. once steve starts juggling you, you can put down the controller and just watch lol.. he has a 'boom move' for every situation... his dodges are part of his movesets.. so thats why he has the upper hand IMO

He's not slow but he's slower than Steve again balrog has higher stamina so he can outlast Steve and if he lands a punch game over.

I think it would take him MUCH more than just a punch. But yes, Balrog wins this fight. In boxing usually wins the guy who weights more. Steve is faster but Balrog i think has more raw power and better stamina.
