Shin kuma, no question... Original Zero is a great fighter, I don't dispute that, but Shin akuma's priority, number of moves, increased damage, and in many cases single strike killer moves like the enhanced 33 hit Shun Goku Satsu, and the Misogi.... Zero's outclassed.
