Devil Kazuya and Devil Jin vs Shin Akuma and Evil Ryu
The Dark sides of Tekken and Street Fighter clash in a free-for-all.
That low-defense/high-offense crap has been lifted from both S. Akuma and E. Ryu, just to make this match fair and unbiased, meaning that one laser blast can't kill them outright.
Stage: Destroyed Osaka
S. Akuma and E. Ryu - CvSNK2 versions.

This is like bringing a knife to a gun fight... the knives (in this case, the Tekken characters) are fried... the Ansatsuken Fighters have way too much ki, and their attacks are frigging destructive.
DJ versus Evil Ryu - Not only does DJ outclass him in durability, he is more versatile with telekinesis (anyone who thinks it's effective only on KO'd opponents, clearly doesn't understand the concept of TK in the first place), and more concentrated energy as opposed to Ryu's which is spread out.
Devil Kazuya versus Akuma - Akuma has more showings, but Kazuya's greatest feat could be placed side by side by Akuma's best, which lies in Alpha 2 or Third Strike, fanboyism aside that is. Akuma's abilties go into more detail, though.

shin akuma and evil ryu get owned. devil jin's power is comparable to a Deity unlike satsui no hadou ryu who is ryu with the intent to kill.
Shin gouki can put a good fight but devil outclassed him with his superhuman power.
