Geese Howard vs Feng Wei
This looks bad.
Now Feng Wei is searching for the Hakkyokuseiken techniques that can increase his fighting abilities. His search takes him to Southtown.
Terry Bogard, by a streak of luck, is out of town with his brother and best friend. After hanging around the Pao Pao Cafe, he heard that the Southtown crime boss Geese Howard is a Hakkyokuseiken master.
Feng Wei issues a challenge to Geese, who decides to test the upstart by sending him Mr. Big and Billy Kane. After they are sent to the hospital, Geese offers Feng Wei a job working for him. The Chinese kenpo fighter refuses and the battle takes place in Geese Tower.
