With SFA3 power levels, he actually has a shot of beating Rugal. Goenitz, Rugal, Geese, Krauser and Shao Khan are the only ones who have a shot of stopping him. I'd like to say Shao Khan wouldn't, but he's got one of the worst cases of SNK boss syndrome ever.
