 Solid Snake&Gray Fox vs Master Chief&Arbiter

Who do you think would win in a two-on-two match between Snake and Gray fox vs Master chief and Arbiter.

Weapons
Snake: Socom, Famas, 2 Frags, 2 C4
Gray Fox: HF Blade, Arm Cannon
Master Chief: Assault Rifle (Halo 1), Pistol (Halo 2), 4 Frags
Arbiter: Plasma Sword, Plasma Auto-Rifle, 4 Plasmas

Arena
Heliport from Metal Gear Solid 1 (aka Twin Snakes). MC and A start on the upper section where the second ventalation shaft is and GF and SS start at the elevator. Who will win?
