Well Adult Link(OoT) should be able to overpower Child Link(MM), but then again they are the same person with the same sword skills...but if I remember correctly MM's Link didn't wield the Master Sword; that is an advantage OoT Link has over him.
Well, the sword fight is difficult. Although Adult Link probably has almost all the physical advantages, child Link does have the experience. He has probably learn't alot since then, and he defeated alot of powerful people in Termina. I'd say his swordskills has increased by some amount, but the physical aspects of Adult Link makes up for almost all of that. It's even....
All out, hmm, could go anyway to. I like them both, so I can't really decide.
Being invincible is probably the best thing, it makes OOT Link last the longest, but MM has way more powerful things, such as the Giant's mask and the Fierce Diety mask. Again, I will rely on others to state the winner.

Sora Mask, Deku mask, Goron mask, Fierce Deity mask, Giant mask...just too much versatility.
I haven't played MM in a long time, but wasn't Link able to use the boomerang as a child in that game? That is one thing he wasn't able to do in OoT...
The sword fight might be even, but Adult Link has the uncanny advantage of wielding the Master Sword. That is why I think Adult Link would come out on top at the end of the sword fight.
Indeed MM Link has awefully many things, but OOT Link still has the magical edge...
Yeah, the master sword is undoubtedly the best sword in LOZ, though I doubt it will matter to much here, Link's sword in this game, glided with gold and all, and having the Great Fairy sword, would most likely be able to fight it head on. (Although with not as much power)

The OOT Link will win in the 1st match but for the 2nd match I think the MM Link will win. He's the same Link as the OOT Link, right? And if this is the case he's now slightly older, more experienced with new weapons and masks plus he can get some of the old stuff in previous games. The MM Link would be 1 tricky opponent in the 2nd match and will most likely come out on top.
I know, what I said wasn't meaning to be that they weren't the same person, just that they weren't the same in apperance. (As OOT is an adult, while MM is not)

Only advantage Oni Link has over Adult Link(OoT) is the ability to fire magical blasts from the Master Sword when he is at full health.
That's it.
Adult Link has many other advantages over Oni Link. He can use the mirror shield and it will render the magic blasts useless. Then he can use Fire Arrows, Ice Arrows & Light arrows. He can also use the Hook Shot, bombs, Biggoron's sword(spelling) & potions to keep himself in top shape. OoT Adult Link will be able to cast Nairyu's love, Din's Fire & the teleportation spell.
IMO if MM's Link decides to transform into Oni Link he will be essentially handicaped because his versatility will become compromised in exchange of a physical form equal to OoT Adult Link.
MM's Link doesn't need that. I'm condfident he can pull it off without turning into Oni Link and believe if he did turn into Oni Link he would just lose hands down.
Well said SP, though I think that most of the lack of such abilities from Fierce Diety Link is because of gameplay. It is questioned in the game if it is as powerful as Majora himself, and having armor and a damn powerful sword does have it's advantages. But I gotta agree, OOT Link has way to many stuff to make him superior.

Well using Nayru's Love will resrict Adult Link from using any other type of magic such as Din's Fire, Light/Fire/Ice Arrows, and Farore's Wind. Heck there is no proof that the Mirror Shield would reflect Oni Link's beams. Heck the Mirror Shield couldn't reflect Ganondorf's magical attacks.
And Oni Link can shoot out magical beams even when his health isn't at full. It relies on magic power not health. Also Oni Link can just drink Romani's Milk and have unlimited magic and really just force Link on full defense and if Link does use Nayru's Love the beams would still knock Link back.
And saying Oni Link is equal in phyiscal form to Adult Link doesn't work because outside of fighting 5 bosses you haven't seen what Oni Link is capable of. Heck you don't know anything about the Fierce Diety Mask other then the fact that Majora himself considered it evil and that the ingame info said it was a mask with dark powers. Adult Link would have more trouble handling Oni Link because really, how often have you found youself using a hook shot or bombs when fighting Dark Link?
Plus Oni Link would have more combat experience then Adult Link since he went through everything Adult Link went through and then some. And fighting just isn't about who has the most equipment, it's about who has the most experience and knows what to do at certain events. And the difference between OoT Link and MM Link is that MM Link actually had to rely on thinking outside the box to defeat his opponents.
